L'Oste di Lucca is committed to ensuring a reliable and efficient shipping service. All orders are shipped via FedEx , with estimated delivery between 3 and 4 working days in Europe, 7 to 10 working days for International shipments .

• Europe: 50€
• International: €80

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number, allowing you to monitor your delivery in real time.

RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the possibility of making a return within 14 days of receiving your order .

Return conditions

• Items must be returned in the same condition as received , unused, with original tags and in the original packaging.
• Returns of damaged, used or items without original labels will not be accepted.
• The return must be previously authorized by our Customer Service.

Return procedure
